We want you to love your By Tae purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, opened bath salts and candles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days.
