All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of By Tae.

We offer delivery within South Africa.
Delivery timeframes provided by couriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned due to incorrect address information.

7. Custom and Personalized Orders

Adult supervision is required when children are using any products sold under Tots and Tints, including paint kits and crayons.
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used appropriately for the child's age and abilities.
